* Cleaning is included in rent
* All homes are non-smoking inside
* Special arrangements can be discussed regarding pets
* Security deposits are required
* In the State of Montana there is a 7% accommodation
tax that will be added to your rental charge.
* We accept cash, personal checks, travelers checks or
money orders.

DEPOSITS: A deposit equal to ½ your total rental amount will be
required to secure a reservation. The balance to be
paid on arrival.

CANCELLATION: If notice of cancellation is received by 'email,
letter or fax prior to 60 days of confirmed arrival, then
the deposit becomes refundable, (less administration
fee of 20%), after that date the deposit becomes
non-refundable.

CHECK IN: 4:00-7:00 p.m. Saturday , or by special arrangement.

CHECK OUT: 11:00 a.m.
