Blake Investment Properties offers a complete management
service for vacation properties. If you have a home that you think tourists would be interested in staying in but don't know how to go about it, we can do it all for you.

We have 30 years experience in long term property management and 5 years experience doing vacation rentals.

We charge a 20% management fee that includes making all the reservations, bookings, checking in/out, hiring housekeepers,and a monthly accounting. Northwest Montana Vacation Rentals advertises on several internet sites including, Travel Montana, Glacier Country, Cyberrentals, and 1st Choice Vacation Rentals. Also included is a page on our site for free.
